Combating corruption and bribery
In 2025, no fines were imposed on Rentenbank for unlawful conduct or actions in connection with corruption or bribery. There were also no convictions for offences related to corruption and bribery. No confirmed cases have been identified for previous years either.
Measures to address violations of anti-corruption and anti-bribery procedures and standards
The Code of Conduct for Employees, as specified in the internal frameworks described above, together with the associated processes, establishes a preventive framework aimed at avoiding cases of corruption and bribery. Should violations occur, appropriate procedures and responsibilities are defined.
All measures are reviewed annually and adapted to regulatory requirements and organisational developments. This ensures that the system remains robust and is continuously enhanced.
