Gender distribution at top management level

As at the reporting date of 31 December 2025, the top management level below the Management Board (senior management level) comprised 15 people: 10 men and 5 women. The proportion of women at top management level was therefore 33%.

Age structure of the workforce

As of 31 December 2025, Rentenbank’s employees were distributed across the following age groups:

  • 9% under the age of 30 (42 people)
  • 59% between 30 and 50 years old (290 people)
  • 33% over the age of 50 (160 people)

The diversity parameters presented are based on the scope and reporting date data described in S1-6 – Characteristics of the undertaking’s employees and show selected structural characteristics of the workforce in terms of gender and age. Building on this, section S1-10 – Adequate wages addresses Rentenbank’s remuneration structures and describes the principles applied.
